Enliven Positive Ageing Services for Older People

Presbyterian Support Upper South Island, like several other Presbyterian Support regions, is adopting a new name for our services for older people – Enliven.
The focus is on positive ageing. Presbyterian Support Upper South Island’s Enliven positive ageing services provide older people with individually-tailored support to remain in their own homes for longer and to achieve other goals that are important to them.
Services include social work, counselling, HomeLink and home support services, day activity programmes (some for people with memory loss), and falls prevention.
Government subsidies are available for much of this work; when they are not available, fees are charged in full or in part.
